We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to purchase a different size, color, or style should follow our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order.

Product prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market or delivery destination, where supported.

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where permitted by applicable law.

The final amount payable, including applicable shipping charges, taxes, and import duties collected by The Gride, is displayed at checkout before purchase confirmation.

For international orders, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected in advance at checkout where this service is available.

Where import charges have been prepaid, customers should not be required to pay those same charges again upon delivery.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The Gride ships internationally from fulfillment facilities located in the United States and Portugal.

Orders are generally dispatched from the facility closest to the delivery destination, subject to product availability and operational requirements.

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We remain responsible for the delivery of purchased goods in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Where required by law, the risk of loss or damage remains with The Gride until the products are delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Our standard return periods are:

• Brazil: 7 days after delivery.
• European Union: 14 days after delivery.
• United Kingdom: 14 days after delivery.
• United States and Canada: 14 days after delivery.
• Rest of the World: 14 days after delivery.

Additional statutory periods and procedures may apply depending on the customer's location.

Eligible return shipping is provided free of charge for customers in Brazil, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

For other international destinations, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
